Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA) is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Nurses to join our team in various locations across the USA. This position involves providing critical care and support during one of the most significant moments in a family's life. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in labor and delivery, demonstrate exceptional patient care skills, and adapt quickly to new environments. Monitor and assess mother and baby’s health during labor and postpartum stages. Administer medications, perform diagnostics and manage pain relief options. Assist physicians during delivery, ensuring the safety and health of mother and child. Educate and support mothers, families, and caregivers before, during, and after delivery. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Proficiency in fetal monitoring and obstetric procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Medical Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferable
