dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our
growing primary care team in Greenwood, SC. This position presents

physician will be instrumental in shaping a primary care program
that emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management,

and community trust. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive
outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. Diagnose,
treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions following
current evidence-based guidelines. Promote preventive health
practices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure
coordinated, high-quality patient care. Participate in the ongoing
development and enhancement of primary care programs and
initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the
