Job Description Job Description Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Charlotte, NC area to provide in-home ABA services to children and families, with a planned transition into a clinic-based role once our Charlotte clinic opens. This is a full-time role for a BCBA who values ethical ABA practices, strong collaboration with families and RBTs, and the opportunity to help support the growth of a new clinic location. Compensation Total annual compensation: $85,000–$100,000 (Includes base salary plus performance-based bonus potential) Key Responsibilities • Provide in-home ABA services during the initial phase of service delivery • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs • Monitor client progress and adjust programming • Collaborate with families and caregivers • Support the transition to clinic-based services once the Charlotte clinic opens • Maintain ethical, evidence-based ABA practices and documentation Requirements Required • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure • Experience working with children with autism • Willingness to provide in-home services during clinic start-up phase • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Benefits • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid holidays
