Travel Contract Shift Type: Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (overnight);

do best helping people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Monitor
maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and
interpret changes promptly Provide immediate newborn care and
perform neonatal resuscitation when needed Assist and circulate for
vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections with calm, expert hands
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining
mandated patient ratios (1:1, 1:2) Document accurately and
efficiently in Cerner and fetal ink systems Operate and
troubleshoot unit equipment such as Baxter pumps and Phillips fetal
monitors Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, anesthesia, NICU and MFM
teams for high-risk cases Support unit flow by floating to
MFMU/MOMB/NICU as needed and sharing knowledge with peers
Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential with
current, verifiable licensure Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery
experience (L&D 2 yrs required) Certifications required: NRP,
BLS/ALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring Experience with high-risk
obstetrics and immediate newborn care Comfortable with circulating
experience and supporting surgical (C-section) and delivery
procedures Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred and experience
using electronic fetal monitoring Education Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license Knowledge & Skills Strong skills in electronic fetal
monitoring and Advanced Fetal Monitoring interpretation Proficiency
documenting in Cerner and comfort with fetal ink charting Hands-on
experience with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections and
perioperative support Competence using Baxter infusion pumps and
common L&D equipment Excellent communication, triage and
critical thinking for fast-paced, high-acuity patient care
