Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of North Carolina Current CPR certification Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Schedule flexibility is needed to provide patient care Participation in a weekend rotation may be required Location Highlights Experience the charm of Sylva, North Carolina, surrounded by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.
