CT Tech Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,269 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Allied Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Skills to start peripheral IV for venous and arterial phase scanning; knowledge of multi-phase scanning and stroke imaging, including perfusion; experience with colorectal studies; knowledge of TeraRecon preferred but not required Description: CT Technologist position available for a night shift role. The facility has 373 licensed beds, encompassing acute and inpatient rehabilitation care. The emergency department consists of 30 beds, with an average inpatient census around 400. Quality imaging services include X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Interventional Radiology, and Nuclear Medicine, supported by Radiology Nursing. The department performs an average of 160 studies on weekdays and 120 studies on weekends. This position will involve working with patients from the emergency department, inpatient units, observation units, and outpatient care. CT guided invasive procedures will be provided by the department, along with cases requiring anesthesia. Cardiac CT imaging is conducted on a day shift basis, seven days a week. The facility utilizes EPIC for EMR, Epic Radiant for RIS, and Philips iSite for PACS. The department is equipped with three CT scanners, including models from Siemens.
