Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Clyde, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,942 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Description: Orientation is bi-weekly. The facility has 154 beds. Specialties include orthopedics, spine services, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, emergency department, and behavioral health. There are 11 multi-specialty physician clinics. The facility is a chest pain center and is accredited by the Joint Commission. It is located near part of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Nearby attractions include Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Additional locations such as Atlanta, Charleston, Knoxville, Columbia, and Greenville are within a few hours' drive. The ICU has 12 beds. Patient ratios are 2:1. The electronic health record system is Paragon. The patient population primarily consists of adults. Common diagnoses and treatments include sepsis, COPD exacerbation, and hypotension/hypertension urgency. Candidates are required to have an associate degree. Scrub color is navy. Excessive piercings and unusual hair colors are not permitted. This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
