License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Ability to assess,
plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a
per shift basis. - Strong leadership skills for supervising staff
and delegating appropriate care. - Commitment to ensuring high
quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. - Competency in
clinical skills and resource management related to patient care.
Description: The ICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility
for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients. The role requires supervision of staff to which
appropriate care is delegated. The position is accountable for
supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality nursing
care and competency of clinical staff. The ICU Registered Nurse
will also focus on appropriate resource management related to
