Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,878 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity - Emergency Department Registered Nurse - Western North Carolina Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants, including sign-on and relocation bonus eligibility Schedule: Every other weekend required; flexible scheduling to meet department needs; must be available across all ED sections Highlights: Work in a 101-bed Emergency Department serving as a regional Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center High-volume environment with over 100,000 annual visits, providing critical care to a diverse, multicultural community representing over 120 languages 4:1 patient ratio for medical cases; up to 7:1 for behavioral health holds Cerner documentation system; modern equipment including Baxter pumps and GE monitors Robust support team including ED techs, unit clerks on all shifts, and dedicated cardiac monitoring and triage support Part of a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated facility ranked among America's top 1% hospitals by Healthgrades Requirements: Active Registered Nurse license Minimum 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting Recent experience in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED (100,000 visits annually) strongly preferred Required certifications before start date: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS ENPC certification within 90 days of hire Flexibility to work across all sections of the Emergency Department Strong teamwork skills with the ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a department celebrated for its collaborative culture and welcoming team environment.
