Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
Occupational Therapist is needed in Waynesville, NC, to support
students across a K-12 school setting. This contract position is
for the upcoming school year and offers a full-time schedule with a
manageable caseload and limited travel between six locations.
Qualifications: - Current Occupational Therapy license in North
Carolina Job Details: - Start Date: ASAP - End Date: First week of
June - Hours: 40 hours per week - Days: Monday through Friday - Age
Group: Preschool through 12th grade - Caseload: 54 students,
primarily serving younger students with consultative support
provided to middle and high school students - Work Schedule: Set
schedule across six locations to minimize travel time
Responsibilities: - Provide direct occupational therapy services to
preschool and elementary-aged students - Offer consultative support
and collaboration for middle and high school educators and staff -
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support
student functional development - Monitor student progress and
document therapy sessions in accordance with state and school
policies - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate
