working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Asheville, North Carolina, 28801! Job Title: RN, Emergency

13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience:
Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS,
BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (ENPC within 90 days of hire)
Must-Have: Level 1 ED Charge Nurse Experience Description: MUST
HAVE LEVEL 1 ED CHARGE NURSE EXPERIENCE. The emergency department
has 101 beds. Typical patient ratios are 4:1 for medical cases.
Ratios can go up to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Techs are available
to assist in the cardiac monitoring unit and internal processing
area, as well as triage. Unit clerks work both day and night
shifts. Equipment used includes baxter pumps and GE monitors. The
documentation system utilized is Cerner. Scheduling requires every
other weekend availability. Candidates must be flexible and willing
to float to all sections within the emergency department. Patient
experience requirements include AIDET, respectful behavior, and
updating the boards with patient information throughout their
visit. Candidates should have two years of experience in a Level 2
trauma center or high-volume emergency department with 100,000
visits annually. Prior experience within a specific organization is
preferred. The ideal candidate must possess at least one year of
experience in an emergency setting. A teamwork mentality is
essential, along with the ability to coach and provide real-time
feedback. Advanced skills may be needed for various procedures
performed on the unit. The dress code requires navy scrubs. The
