Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – North Carolina Start
Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
12-hour night shifts (18:45 – 07:15), 36 hours per week Highlights:
13-week assignment caring for pulmonary and general medical
patients Patient ratios of 5:1, occasionally 6:1 Patient population
includes COPD, asthma, tracheostomy, and longer length-of-stay
medical patients Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR charting systems
Self-scheduling model balanced by leadership based on unit needs
24-hour orientation to support your transition Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required First-time travelers
accepted Active North Carolina or Compact RN license (pending
acceptable for submission, required at start) Current BCLS and NIH
Stroke Scale certifications Epic charting experience strongly
preferred Proficiency in interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias Experience with tracheostomy care, chest tubes,
CPAP/BiPAP, and non-invasive airway management Must pass EKG
testing prior to start date Flu vaccination required
(medical/religious exemptions only) Willingness to float within
service line as needed Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts (3
