provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week,
12-hour shifts, alternating weekends Highlights: 16-bed Cardiac
Intensive Care Unit at a Magnet-designated, top 1% hospital
nationally recognized for clinical excellence Advanced critical
care setting with ventilators, IABP, Impella, CRRT, and hypothermia
management Patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 based on acuity; RN-driven
care model Cerner EMR system; participation in cutting-edge
procedures including cardioversions, central lines, bronchoscopy,
and pericardiocentesis 13-week assignment with sign-on or
relocation bonus available Leapfrog A-rated facility and Level II
trauma center serving as the region's premier referral hospital
Requirements: Active North Carolina RN license or compact state
licensure Minimum 2 years ICU experience required Proficiency in
titration of vasoactive medications, pressors, sedation, and
paralytics Strong ventilator and tracheostomy management skills
Telemetry interpretation and understanding of hemodynamics,
including PA catheter setup and interpretation CCRN certification
preferred; IABP, Impella, and CRRT experience highly desirable Why
