Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Hickory, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,858 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN Certifications: BLS & ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Life Pak, Zoll, Masimo Description: Orientation occurs twice monthly. Facility has 355 beds. It is home to various centers including brain, cancer, heart, lung, orthopedics, general and vascular surgery, surgical weight loss, a women's center, and a level 3 NICU. The emergency department comprises 32 beds. There is also a 29-bed inpatient rehab and a 15-bed surgical suite with imaging facilities. An 81-bed adult behavioral health hospital is included. The telemetry unit has 24 beds. The patient ratios are 4:1. Equipment used includes Life Paks, Zoll, Masimo, and Cerner for electronic health records. The patient population consists of generalized cardiac patients ranging from young adults to elderly adults. Common diagnoses include chest pain, A-fib, CHF, and pre- and post-care for cardiac catheters. The unit is family-oriented. Candidates may occasionally be required to float to other units.
