Intensive Care Unit team, you will provide critical care to
pediatric patients. You will work in a supportive environment with

beds with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 in critical care
and 1:2 to 1:3 in stepdown care. You will have access to
state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology in pediatric
care. You will be responsible for procedures such as IV starts,
central line dressing changes, and ventilator management.
Documentation will be completed using a comprehensive electronic
health record system. A collaborative team, including unit
secretaries and techs, supports patient care. Ongoing education and
