with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Ortho RN in
Asheville, North Carolina, 28801! Job Title: Registered Nurse

role. Description: The hospital is committed to providing
high-quality care and recognized nationally for its achievements in
patient safety and clinical excellence. It is licensed for 815 beds
and serves as a referral center for trauma, stroke, neonatal care,
and pediatric care. The hospital is known for its robotic surgery
program and cardiovascular services. This unit has 32 individual
rooms and a staff of 50. The day shift typically has a patient
ratio of 5:1, while the night shift is 6:1. Equipment used includes
walkers, bedside commodes, bladder scanners, and various lifting
devices. The electronic medical record system in use is Cerner.
Candidates must hold a valid North Carolina license and BLS
certification. Preferred qualifications include hospital experience
and orthopedic experience. Typical procedures performed include
dressing changes, suture/staple removal, and wound vac maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a team player who can adapt to a fast-paced
environment and provides care with compassion. Every other weekend
