Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicatedand
experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our
FamilyMedicine team as a floating provider. This role will support
patient careacross multiple outpatient family medicine sites in
Abbeville, Greenwood,Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in
South Carolina. The ideal candidatewill be passionate about
patient-centered care, preventive health, and chronicdisease
management, while building strong, trusting relationships with
patientsand their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide
comprehensiveprimary care services to patients across the lifespan.
Travel regularly to assignedfamily medicine sites within the
designated counties: Abbeville, Greenwood,Laurens, McCormick, and
Saluda, SC Deliver high-quality,evidence-based care with an
emphasis on wellness, prevention, and chroniccondition management.
Collaborate effectively withphysicians, nurses, and other team
members to coordinate patient care. Educate patients andfamilies
about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
Document patient encountersaccurately and timely in the electronic
health record system. Compensation & Benefits: Starting Salary:

Mileage reimbursement fortravel between sites Requirements:
Graduate of an accreditedAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse
Practitioner program or PhysicianAssistant program. Minimum of 2
years ofexperience in a primary care or family medicine setting
required. Active and unrestrictedSouth Carolina medical license.
Certified or eligible forcertification in area of specialty (FNP,
