NC Shift: 8am-5pm (M-F) Contract: 12 weeks Pay: 50 For Locals,55
For Traveller Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid

$2,209.60 Registered Nurse (Home Health) The Registered Nurse (RN)
in Home Health plays a key role in assessing patients, implementing
care plans, and promoting health maintenance and disease
prevention. This position focuses on delivering quality nursing
care within a community or home setting while coordinating with
physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure patient
well-being. The role includes direct patient care, documentation,
and occasional supervision of other nursing staff. The RN will work
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or
on-call duties, though weekday holidays may be required. Coverage
includes Gaston, Lincoln, and Cleveland Counties as well as the
28214 zip code area. Required Qualifications and Skills Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous home health experience
required. Experience with HCHB ( HomeCare , HomeBase ) preferred.
Proficiency in wound care and wound vac management. IV therapy
experience required. Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate care effectively with medical and support
staff. Job Duties and Responsibilities Assess patients’ health
needs and develop or update individualized care plans. Provide
skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV administration, and
medication management. Monitor, record, and report changes in
patient conditions to the physician promptly. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient
outcomes. Supervise and support Licensed Practical/Vocational
Nurses and unlicensed staff as needed. Maintain accurate and timely
nursing documentation and health records. Conduct staff training
and annual recertifications on health and safety procedures. Ensure
infection control measures, equipment maintenance, and workplace
safety compliance. Coordinate patient appointments, hospital
discharges, and follow-up care as needed Requirments RN License
