Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details: • Perform CT imaging procedures including diagnostic scans and invasive procedures • Handle emergency department trauma and stroke imaging • Conduct neuro, MSK, body imaging, invasive procedures, cardiac imaging, and pediatric imaging • Possible weekend shifts and potential rotation to different shifts • Potential on-call coverage of 12 hours per month • Work independently and as part of a team with self-motivated approach • Operate various CT equipment including GE Optima, 3 GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors • Use Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACS EMR systems • ARRT (R) certification required • Black scrubs required • Skills in all areas of CT imaging including invasive procedures required • ED trauma and stroke imaging experience required • GE experience, invasive CT, cardiac, and venipuncture skills preferred Facility: This flagship hospital is licensed for 815 beds and serves as the region's referral center featuring the only Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and Level III neonatal intensive care unit.
