Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to
provide compassionate care on weekends from Saturday to Sunday, 8
AM to 8 PM. This position is ideal for a healthcare professional
looking to contribute meaningful support in hospice and palliative
care settings. As a part of our team, you will work closely with
patients undergoing significant life transitions, focusing on
enhancing their comfort and maintaining their dignity. Provide
direct patient care and make assessments including physical,
psychological, and social factors influencing patient care. Prepare
and administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses.
Implement care plans in collaboration with other healthcare
professionals and continuously evaluate the plan's effectiveness.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and
eating. Support family members and educate them on patient care
instructions and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and
timely communication of pertinent information to appropriate team
members. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and
standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in
electronic health record (EHR) systems Excellent time management
and organizational skills Empathy and emotional resilience Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must have a
current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. Preferred: Certified Hospice
and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification.
