Job Description:
As a Hospice Registered Nurse at Agape Care Group, you will be
an integral part of a compassionate team dedicated to providing
end-of-life care. This role focuses on supportive and palliative
care for patients in their final stages of life, ensuring comfort
and quality through tailored treatment plans. Agape Care Group

nurses to support patients and their families with dignity and
respect. Administer medications and treatments to patients in
accordance with physician orders and hospice philosophy. Assess
patient condition during visits and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on symptom management and
end-of-life care. Coordinate with other healthcare providers to
ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and
records of patient care. Uphold the highest standards of nursing
care for pain and symptom management. Provide emotional support to
patients and their families. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care
In-depth knowledge of disease pathology Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Excellent time management and
organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse
(CHPN) certification preferred
