Experience: 1-2 years License: Active RN license Certifications:
ACLS, NRP, BLS, PALS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Must-Have
Skills/Experience: Labor care experience Postpartum recovery
experience Ability to handle triage and observation of preterm
labor Experience with cesarean section recovery Experience in clean
medication-surgical overflow Description: Join a dedicated team in
a Women's Care Center focused on providing quality care for various
patient populations including infants, adolescents, adults,
pediatrics, and geriatrics. This unit has a total of 11 beds with a
patient ratio of 4:1. You will be responsible for monitoring
patients through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. You
will also assist with gynecological procedures such as
hysterectomies. Candidates must have a strong background in
obstetrics, gynecology, and neonatal care. Ideal candidates will
possess effective communication skills and the ability to work
collaboratively in a team setting. This role may require floating
to other units such as PCU, ED, and Medsurg when needed.
