Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Boone, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Stepdown Job Location: 336 Deerfield Rd Boone, NC 28607 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: IMCU RN needed, ASAP and for 13 weeks 3x12 7pm-7am,, up to 2 weekends per month, float (to MedSurg as patient volume requires), holidays Blocked scheduling will be considered if requested on the front end - not guaranteed EMR - EPIC (recent experience/proficiency is required) 5:1 patient/RN ratio with the goal of 4:1. Average daily census is 20-24 and there are 24 beds. Peds patients are not common/frequent, but they do not redirect those patients, so candidates must be comfortable taking a peds patient. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required Skills Required - Telemetry 2 years experience required, first time travelers okay Candidates must have a NC license or Multistate license Scrubs are all navy or all white Local Rules: No Candidates will be accepted if they reside less than 40 miles from facility.
