Job Description:
Join our skilled nursing facility as a full-time RN Supervisor
for the 3PM to 11PM shift, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90
days.
Oversee daily clinical operations, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and
ensure high-quality resident care.
Conduct admission assessments, manage medications, wound care, and
develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with medical staff, educate residents and staff, and
maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems.
Ensure infection control, manage supplies, and monitor
incidents.
Qualifications include an active NY RN license, BLS certification,
and at least 3 years of RN experience preferred.
