Job Description:
Join our compassionate mental health team as Medical
Director-Psychiatrist, leading adolescent and young adult care in a
residential setting.
Collaborate with clinical staff to develop treatment plans and
provide expert evaluations within 48 hours of admission.
Offer counseling and therapy to residents, maintaining a small
caseload for impactful support.
Lead staff training on psychiatric topics to enhance team
skills.
Communicate effectively with families, outpatient providers, and
the clinical team.
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications include MD, board certification in Child &
Adolescent Psychiatry, WA licensure, active DEA license, and
experience with adolescents in residential settings. Leadership
experience is required.
Compensation ranges from $325,000 to $365,000 annually. Join us for
