Job Description & Requirements Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50 This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 3 days per week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Outpatient Setting Required Procedures: Transforaminal epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations. Preferred Procedures: spinal cord stimulators (trials and placements), peripheral nerve stimulators (trial and placements). 30 patients per shift Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
