  • NC license
  • Minimum of 1 year home health - adult patient care experience, wound care, catheter care, etc
  • BCLSDescription:Specialty (RN Home Health)The schedule would be Weekend on every, Saturday & Sunday, 7a-7p and one week night (Tuesdays) 5p-8am for on call. All billed at the normal bill rate.Contract length: 13 weeksRequired Certifications: RN License in hand, BLSYears of Experience: Minimum of 1 year home health - adult patient care experience, wound care, catheter care, etc---COVID Vaccine - are exemptions accepted: YesTransportation: The client will provide a fleet care (company vehicle) that will be picked up and dropped off at the main office location each day.Orientation/Training: Client will provide orientation and training on EMR System- Sun Coast and give the traveler a company computer and work phone to use.Commuting: Will travel within a 50 mile radius of Caldwell, NC and surrounding counties each day for an average of 5 home visits per day.On call: No on call required but may be asked to participate in on call rotations if requested.(Backfill for A Garza- CXL due to family emergency)Unit:Home CareCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions OnlyFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):--UnknownEpic Travel Staffing:
