See job details below.Summary: This is a new program for us here at C3i Solutions, primarily inbound in nature which combines providing consumers with medical information on dermatological over the counter and prescription products, as well as documenting and submitting AEs and PQCs reported to the program. Additionally, included in this program will be a patient assistance team who will be trained to provide support to patients using the products.Program Objectives: - Provision of dermatological consumer and prescription product information via inbound call inquiries per client and FDA requirements - Reporting of Adverse Events/Experiences and Product Quality Complaints per client guidelines and FDA requirements - Provision of financial assistance information to Consumers via inbound communication per client expectationsBusiness Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pmShifts: 1st) 8:45am-5:15pm & 2nd) 9:30am - 6pmTraining: REMOTE, M-F, for approximately 8 weeks. (Initially training will be conducted remotely however may move to KM office pending COVID guideline changes.)Program hire requirements:

  • Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service focused work history.
  • Strong Technological Skills are required which include, typing, documenting information in a system as it is being communicated, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Webex, or Zoom experience.
