Overview Behavioral Health Nursing at HCA Mission Hospital --Psych 6 North-Registered Nurse - Adult Psychiatric --Full-Time - Days-6 North is a 23 bed adult behavioral health unit focused on meeting all of our Behavioral Health patient's needs. To accommodate this, we have four medical-psychiatric designated rooms, a calming room, spacious group rooms and soothing leisure areas for our patients to heal. We practice primary care nursing and work closely with our team of Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Masters Level Clinicians, Pharmacists and Recreational Therapists. Effective 3/1/18 Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities.
