District Sales Manager We are seeking a hands-on District Sales Manager to support in-store client programs. In this key leadership role, the District Sales Manager is responsible for sales, training and management. You will train the sales team both formally and informally in areas of store relationship building, product knowledge, and assisted selling skills. Schedule: Thursday – MondayWhat We Offer:Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)401(k) with company matchOngoing training and career developmentGenerous paid time-offWhat You’ll Do:Driving demonstration events within your district through execution and effective results managementManagement of all designated part time representatives in your assigned districtAnalyze data and develop appropriate plans to drive merchandising execution in retail accountsCommunicate with sales team within assigned district to address sales issues/discrepancies, determine the appropriate mode of communicating depending on the nature of the issueActively manage flawless event execution through a combination of proactive hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and in-store oversightRegularly conduct training sessions with the sales team to discuss strategies for assisted sales and ongoing improvementDelivery of product training content, from personal settings to large group presentations Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience requiredBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Public Relations preferred2-3 years of experience in retail management; experience with hiring, managing part-time employees, demonstration or event marketing, results reporting, inventory, merchandising and trainingAbility to direct, lead, coach, and develop peopleExcellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skillsAbility to drive measurable, sustainable results
