our core values. Job Description: As the Vehicle Reconditioning
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconditioning
process of all vehicles in our inventory. You will play a crucial
role in ensuring that our vehicles are in top condition and ready
to be delivered to our customers. Your attention to detail and
ability to manage a team will be key in maintaining the high
quality of our vehicles. Responsibilities: - Manage the entire
vehicle reconditioning process from start to finish, ensuring that
all vehicles meet the company's standards for safety, quality, and
appearance. - Develop and implement reconditioning procedures and
best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity. - Supervise
a team of reconditioning technicians, providing guidance, training,
and performance feedback. - Collaborate with other departments,
including sales and service, to ensure smooth coordination and
timely delivery of vehicles. - Conduct regular inspections of
vehicles to identify any issues or areas for improvement. -
Maintain accurate records of vehicle reconditioning activities,
including work orders, inventory, and warranty information. -
Monitor and control reconditioning expenses to ensure budget
compliance. - Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
in vehicle reconditioning techniques and technologies.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning or
automotive management is required. - Strong knowledge of automotive
mechanics, including diagnostic and repair processes. - Excellent
organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Demonstrated leadership
skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and foster a
positive work environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment
to maintaining high-quality standards. - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in computer
software, including MS Office and inventory management systems What
