Staring as a single clinic in 1987 Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy now has more than 15 clinics in North and South Carolina and continues to grow.
Our patients benefit from a diverse set of programs and specialties, from Lymphedema Treatment to Pelvic Floor Therapy to Driving Rehabilitation.I had my first appointment here today. Everyone was very friendly and the therapist was thorough with my evaluation. I was excited about coming back to hopefully fix my pain. Unfortunately we discovered that there was a miscommunication about insurance coverage, and I braced myself for some negotiation with the billing department. Instead, I was stunned to get a call from my therapist (I think her name was Alex) who took ownership of fixing the situation on my behalf. I was so impressed, and I highly recommend this office!Liz Buckingham from googleDescriptionWe are looking for someone to lead the human resources department by managing all compliance functions, human resources tasks, and strategies efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.Duties and Responsibilities: -

  • Design the HR department goals, initiatives and strategies to ensure compliance, implement best practicesand improve efficiency.
    • Manage recruitment process, assignment and orientation of all positions, including posting.coordination and offer issuance/contract extensions for domestic and international staff.
      • Oversee compensation programs and conduct market analysis.
      • Manage all aspects of employee relations, corrective actions, terminations and conduct exit interviews.
      • Conduct training of managers to reduce exposure and improve employee relations.
      • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and applicable state/federal laws; complete associatedtasks and audits (OSHA, ACA, DOL, DOH, ERISA, Health and Welfare, 401k, EEO, etc---)
        • Prepare all aspects related to benefits selection/administration and open enrollment.
        • Revise, develop and implement HR policies, programs, job descriptions, etc. to meet best practices andensure compliance.
          • Oversee leaves and worker's compensation programs, as well as associated reporting.
          • Oversee performance evaluation programs, and conduct performance reviews for Home Health employees.
          • Supervise all home health employees and conduct orientation specific to home health programs.
          • Coordinate with the Home Health Operations manager and KGA team members on the assignments ofHome Health and foreign employees. -
            • Manage international and domestic hiring processes, as well as all job orders (internal and from clients) andclient (Home Health agency) relationship.
              • Other duties as assigned.Education: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferredQualifiations and Skills: -
                • 5+ years of human resource experience in a manager role preferred - must be a strategic leader
                • Strong knowledge base of HR related laws and regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
                • Experience with H-1B visas and USCIS/DOL compliance requirements highly preferred
                • PHR certification preferred
                • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships/communicate with the entirestaff, senior leaders, and colleagues as appropriate
                  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
                  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with ability to take initiative, perform and prioritize multiple tasks
                  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
                  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making capacity
                  • Results-oriented with proven record of meeting high performance goals and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be able to work under pressure.
