Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Whitsett, NC. Company Location: - Whitsett NC 27377 USA Roles and Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and quality. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Analyzing production data to optimize workflows and reduce waste. - Supporting the design and development of new products by providing engineering insights. - Conducting root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. -Test Network & Server Setup Build and configure test network environments including switches, PXE boot systems, and rack cabling. - Set up and maintain test servers (L1/L2) used in automated and manual validation processes. - Issue Debugging & Reporting Document and escalate issues with detailed root cause analysis and resolution tracking. - Equipment Procurement & Management Identify, evaluate, and procure test-related equipment including HiPot testers, racks, and diagnostic tools. - Maintain inventory and ensure quality and calibration of test equipment across production lines. - Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, quality, IT, and logistics teams to ensure seamless test operations. - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and infrastructure needs.
