Job Description Job Description Hiring for CNC Programmers in Abbeville, SC Pays up to $33-35/hr. 1st shift: 7-3:30 pm $52-70k Job Description The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs used in the machining of precision components. This role blends technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and to exact specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, comfortable interpreting complex drawings, and proactive about improving processes. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for the machining of precision components. Maintain and update existing CNC programs to improve production efficiency. Interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure accurate program development. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and safety. Essential Skills Proficiency in CNC programming. Experience with Mastercam and Fanuc control systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Abbeville, SC.
