agencies PLANT MANAGER We are currently seeking an experienced
Plant Manager to lead our growing manufacturing operation in the
Charlotte area. Our company is experiencing tremendous growth,

is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the plant,
including production, maintenance, quality, shipping, and
receiving, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
This role serves as the first line of leadership for plant
personnel and is accountable for operational performance, employee
development, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Bring: Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, including at
least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in
custom or glass manufacturing environments, preferred. Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L
responsibility. Background in manufacturing methods, process
improvement programs, and Lean manufacturing techniques. Experience
with production planning, capacity management, and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong
organizational and follow-through skills. Proven leadership,
coaching, and mentoring abilities. Must be able to multi-task,
organized, efficient, and accurate. Self-motivated and
goal-oriented person with a drive to succeed to maximize business
results. Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal,
time management, and conflict management skills. Experienced user
of Microsoft Office 365 suite. Must be able to perform the duties
and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation. Must
pass criminal background check. What You Will Do: Direct and manage
plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality,
shipping, and receiving. Supervise and coordinate plant floor
activities across manufacturing processes including cutting,
tempering, laminating, fabricating, polishing, insulated glass
production, and glass loading. Set production goals and monitor
performance to ensure on-time delivery, efficiency, and adherence
to customer and product specifications. Ensure accurate and timely
production reporting and effective inventory control, including
management of raw material flow. Inspect products to verify
conformance to company specifications and direct machine setup and
adjustments as needed. Oversee and/or conduct training for new and
existing employees, including work methods, procedures, safety
training, and employee handbook compliance. Provide direct reports
with timely and accurate feedback, including performance reviews,
disciplinary actions, material shortages, and equipment issues.
Interview, hire, train, develop, and terminate employees as
necessary, with a strong focus on retention and continuous
development of hourly associates. Act as the primary point of
contact for resolving operational issues and maintaining an
efficient, orderly workflow. Maintain and improve high quality
levels by ensuring all work processes are performed accurately and
correctly. Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities by
improving efficiencies, optimizing resources, and developing
creative staffing strategies. Implement and sustain Lean
manufacturing and 5S principles throughout the plant. Manage
capital asset maintenance in collaboration with the maintenance
team to minimize downtime. Control and minimize workforce overtime
and variable operating expenses. Ensure compliance with all
applicable employment laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with the Safety team to monitor facility safety
conditions, reduce work-related injuries, and promote a culture of
safety. Foster positive working relationships with internal and
external customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Communicate
regularly with senior management and support functions regarding
