with? The Manufacturing Engineer coordinates with the
cross-functional team to drive execution on projects related to
line development tied to business objectives and customer
requirements. How will you make a difference? Lead production line
layout and design, SOP development, support PPAP’s and facilitate
implementation. Coordinate activities with project leads, external
resources, and engineering on implementation activities. Develop
project timelines with owner, clear actions, and firms dates and
complete on-time Manage capex and expense budgets including spend,
tracking, and asset depreciation. Establish process for BOM updates
and compliance. Support and assist with maintenance activities.
What do we want to know about you? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical,
Electrical, or Industrial engineering field from an accredited
college. At least 3 years of relevant experience Desired
Characteristics Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial
Engineering Demonstrated ability to operate in multiple modes: shop
floor hands on and tactical project execution. Ability to hold self
and other to firm timelines and sets clear expectations.
Self-starter; takes the initiative to identify and implement new
ideas Adds positive presence to team and culture Strong Project
Management skills Excellent written / oral communication skills,
influencing and interpersonal skills Strong analytical / problem
solving skills Ability to work with a variety of teams including
both the shop floor and salary exempt personnel What will your
typical day look like? Lead production line layout and design, SOP

This role is also eligible for a performance bonus. More

this role is currently $77400-110300 The actual salary offered to a
candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as:
training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business
needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is
