Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to work within a school setting in Monroe, NC.
This role involves delivering comprehensive speech-language
services to students, supporting their communication development,
and collaborating with educational teams to enhance student
success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and language
assessments to identify students' needs - Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans - Provide direct therapy services to
students with speech and language disorders - Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor progress -
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and
state regulations - Utilize ECATS (Educational Child Assessment and
Tracking System) for reporting and tracking student data
Qualifications: - Active North Carolina licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist is required - Experience working in
school-based settings preferred - Proficiency with ECATS or similar
student data systems - Strong communication and interpersonal
skills - Ability to work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)
within a contract term extending through May 28, 2026 Location &
Schedule:This position is located in Monroe, NC, with a full-time
schedule designed to support school calendar needs. Interviews will
