Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
professional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available
for the 2026-2027 academic year in West Columbia, SC. This onsite
contract position offers 35 hours per week, providing services
within a school setting. The role is designed to support students
with communication disorders, promoting their success and
wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive speech and
language evaluations to identify student needs. - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's
goals. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate
speech therapy activities into the classroom environment. - Monitor
and document student progress regularly, adjusting therapy methods
as necessary. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and
contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). Qualifications and Experience: - Certification of Clinical
Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. - Experience working
as an SLP in an educational setting. - Strong knowledge of
communication disorders and therapeutic interventions. - Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with
students and colleagues. - Ability to manage caseload efficiently
and maintain accurate records. Location: West Columbia, South
Carolina Contract Duration: August 1, 2026 May 29, 2027 Hours per
Week: 35 Number of Positions: 1 Work Arrangement: Onsite This role
