Occupational Therapist Opportunity Greenville County Schools, SC (Maternity Leave Contract) Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide supportive services within Greenville County Schools on a maternity leave contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student caseload primarily at Pelham Road Elementary, along with some middle school students at Greenville Academy, and includes supervision at East North Street Academy. Location: - Pelham Road Elementary, Greenville, SC - East North Street Academy, Greenville, SC - Greenville Academy, Greenville, SC Assignment Details: - Contract Duration: Approximately April 9th, 2026 May 22nd, 2026 - Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) preferred; part-time applicants will be considered - Caseload: Approximately 70 students, predominantly at Pelham Road Elementary, with a focus on school-based occupational therapy services - Supervision: Includes 1 day per week overseeing a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at East North Street Academy (optional supervision coverage available) Qualifications: - Active South Carolina Occupational Therapy license required - Previous experience in school-based OT settings is highly preferred - Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students with various needs - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a school environment Responsibilities: - Deliver OT assessment and intervention aligned with individual student IEPs - Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student development - Supervise and guide COTA activities as required - Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies This temporary position offers the chance to contribute to student success in a supportive school district environment.
