Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized speech-language services in a full-time, school-based contract located in Salisbury, NC. This role requires a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with an active North Carolina license and experience working in educational settings. The position supports student communication development and collaborates closely with educators and families to deliver individualized therapy and progress tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language pathology evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions to students. - Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with students needs. - Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes using ECATS or similar systems. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes. - Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Active North Carolina SLP license required. - Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. - Proven experience working as an SLP within school settings. - Proficiency with ECATS or equivalent educational tracking systems. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
