Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time SLP-CCC position offers the opportunity to work primarily
with Pre K-5th grade students in a K-12 school setting located in
Asheville, NC. The role requires a dedicated professional to
provide speech-language therapy services onsite, supporting a
diverse caseload while occasionally traveling to a day care center
for one student. This contract position spans the current school
year and aims to start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language pathology services to Pre K-5th grade
students, with potential for a broader Pre K-12 caseload Provide
in-person therapy, maintaining consistent communication with
students, families, and staff Implement effective therapy plans and
document progress appropriately Manage Medicaid billing procedures
accurately Collaborate with school personnel while ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications and Experience:
Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language
Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working in educational settings,
particularly with pediatric populations Familiarity with Medicaid
billing processes Ability to provide onsite services without using
virtual platforms Candidates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
status or the use of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
are not eligible for this role Benefits of this position include
