looking for someone who understands that the Auto Repair business
is not just about repairing cars, but is also about building

million automotive business Managed more than 6 employees Are a
team player and likable Have an automotive background Service
advisor/writer experience in a high volume, fast paced shop with
$600 ARO Management experience a plus Job Duties and
Responsibilities Check in and check out customers- looking for
great communication and interpersonal skills Able to manage
workflow, manage technicians and work with other employees Able to
negotiate and order parts Able to use shop software to write up
repair orders Clearly explain and sell needed repairs Must posses
high level of self-confidence and be able to overcome objections
Must posses strong decision-making ability Take care of all aspects
of customer service Compensation and Benefits Monday through Friday
