Friday - Monday 24 hour on-call coverage 5 patients per shift
Hospital setting with inpatient and outpatient rounding
Laparoscopic surgery including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
Adult and pediatric surgery required 1:3 call ratio with 5% call
back rate Phone consults and admissions during call We negotiate
better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing
