Forest City Heating and Air Conditioning is currently looking to fill an opening for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer What We’re Looking for in a Lead Residential HVAC Installer · Leader who takes Full Ownership of their projects and pride in their work · Ability to provide a high-quality installation · Ability to train others · Clean and professional appearance · Communicate well with homeowners · Clean driving record · Skilled installation with strong problem-solving skills · Ability to work independently and as a part of a team · Follow safety practices and regulations · Excellent understanding of HVAC Systems, installation and maintenance · Able to lead/Install projects that include o Heat Pumps & Air Conditioners o Ductless Systems o Gas Furnaces o Pressure tests, vacuum down, adding charge (refrigeration) etc o System Start Ups and Test Compensation and Benefits o Competitive Wages o Paid Holidays o Paid Vacation o Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance o Retirement with Company Match o Company Tuck
