Job Description Job Description Join Joshua Tree Experts North Charlotte as a Crew Leader and play a critical role in delivering safe, professional, high-quality tree care across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on executing and leading day-to-day tree care operations while working within Joshua Tree Experts' proven systems and standards. As a key member of our team, you'll help establish the field standards, culture, and professionalism that define our reputation as we grow. About the Role Crew Leaders oversee daily job-site execution while working alongside their crew. This is a customer-facing role that requires clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities - including homeowners, property managers, sales arborists, and crew members. You'll be trusted to represent Joshua Tree Experts on job sites and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a way that reflects the culture we're intentionally building in Tampa. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside the tree crew performing residential and commercial tree care Perform and delegate pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing Operate lifts, loaders, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment safely Communicate professionally with customers on-site Coordinate with sales and office teams to ensure job scope alignment Monitor equipment condition and job-site safety Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of professional tree care experience Strong understanding of safe tree care operations Ability to climb and work safely and efficiently Comfort interacting with customers and leading crews Ability to work effectively with different personalities Valid driver's license (CDL-B preferred) ISA Certified Arborist preferred, but not required Training, Growth & Our Commitment Joshua Tree Experts invests in our field leaders through paid training, continuing education, and certification support.
