We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. Position Summary: The Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating service calls, communicating with technicians and customers, and ensuring efficient scheduling and routing. While plumbing industry experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with dispatching experience from any service-based industry. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of dispatching experience (service industry preferred, but not required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Professional and customer-focused demeanor Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and updates Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed Maintain accurate records of calls, work orders, and customer information Support technicians with job-related coordination Assist with general office duties as needed What We Offer: Competitive pay: $20–$25 per hour Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Stable, full-time position Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company If you are organized, dependable, and experienced in dispatching, we’d love to hear from you.
