Job Description Job Description Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking a full time Dental Patient Services Representative (DPSR). This frontline role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our patients and ensuring that each visit is efficient, welcoming, and compassionate. The DPSR supports the daily operations of the front office, including patient check-in/out, appointment coordination, insurance verification, referral management, and excellent customer service. This position works closely with dental staff, patients, and external partners to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, check them in, and update demographics/insurance information. Provide and collect required forms and scan documents into patient chart. Verify dental insurance and perform eligibility checks. Post co-pays, print receipts, and assist patients with sliding fee eligibility. Schedule dental, hygiene, and referral appointments; confirming upcoming visits. Support School-Based Oral Health scheduling. Manage incoming calls, mail, and record requests. Maintain front office cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. Provider outstanding customer service and ensure patient confidentiality. Qualification: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior dental front office experience, preferred. Bilingual, preferred.
