Manager in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will be in a
senior leadership role responsible for leading a lending services
organization primarily based in Charlotte, NC. The North America
(NA) Loan & Agency group is responsible for a broad spectrum of
responsibilities of an operational nature in relation to syndicated
credit facilities where the firm has been appointed Administrative
Agent. This client facing group is responsible for providing
high-quality service to multiple internal and external parties. In
a complex, sophisticated and evolving lending environment, the role
of the Administrative Agent is dynamic, highly visible,
multi-faceted and deadline driven. Job Responsibilities Lead ,
manage and develop a core production team of approximately 5
employees responsible for supporting ongoing Loan Servicing
functions (borrowings, payments, cash management and
reconciliation, loan administrative inquiries, client documentation
review, etc.) Build and cultivate strong cross-LOB relationships
with key stakeholders across the firm, operating as an ambassador
for Loan & Agency and WLS more broadly Support various lines of
business across the Commercial Bank, Corporate & Investment Bank,
and Asset & Wealth Management Act as an escalation contact for both
client and syndicate members (bank and non-bank lenders) Maintain
strong oversight of the risk & control environment; representing
WLS in various firm-wide risk forums, audit cycles, and operational
risk deep dives Identify and drive implementation of technology
initiatives and operational process changes to meet the requirement
of the wholesale lending businesses and clients Partner with
Operational Excellence team to drive meaningful and strategic
change such as process improvements, product governance and client
experience enhancements Required Qualifications, Capabilities and
Skills 3 years financial services experience gained at a top tier
financial institution 3 years commercial loan experience
Outstanding leadership qualities Exceptional communication skills
Strong client service focus Acute awareness of operational risks
occurring throughout the lending lifecycle Proven track record in
thinking/acting strategically to influence complex business
decisions globally Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and
skills Syndicated loan product experience, including LIQ experience
Experience managing and developing high-performance teams through
continuous training and dynamic coaching Results driven; ability to
lead/drive execution; methodical approach to identifying and
solving issues Aptitude to ensure timely group delivery and
execution of all daily controls/adherence to KPI targets Fosters a
collaborative team environment within and across functional
organizations Strong presentation skills to senior management
forums, executive committees & control groups Excellent
organizational and influencing skills to drive and implement change
across teams & regions This role requires working in the office 5
days a week Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at
time of offer and may differ from this posting. This position is
