us! Job Description: This job is responsible for providing
moderately complex research, reporting, and analytical support for
the delivery of end-to-end support for Global Markets sales,
trading and underwriting business for securities, foreign exchange,
fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, and over-the-counter
derivatives across multiple Lines of Business. Key responsibilities
include carrying out duties under general supervision and assisting
teammates while following established procedures. LOB Description:
Senior point of contact for AMRS based clients for fixed income
trades processing related queries. Primary responsibility will be
confirmation, allocation, and settlement of US Fixed Income
products. Applicant must be on hand to offer premium client service
and manage the relationships between our clients and fixed income
trading desks. Up to date industry knowledge on key initiatives and
developments within the fixed income market is essential.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for: Resolution and
escalation of matched and unmatched fixed income trades for AMRS
settling in domestic markets. Timely response to client queries
regarding the confirmation, allocation and settlement of their
trades. Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely
settlement of client trades. Involvement in ad hoc projects for new
processes or industry initiatives. Keeping up to date client
contacts and maintaining current client relationships. Open and
maintain client accounts as needed to ensure timely allocation and
settlement of fixed income transactions. Responsibilities:
Maintains accuracy of client portfolio using internal and external
comparison tools Performs research and conducts moderately complex
analyses using established techniques, including transactions that
require special handling and exception handling Explores methods to
enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client
experience Partners with colleagues on the trade and sales support
teams, as well as external agents Creates reports and liaises with
internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with
regulatory reporting Escalates potential risks and exposures to
manager in a timely manner Assists with ad-hoc projects, new
processes, or initiatives requiring coordination among subject
matter experts representing multiple product areas or functions
Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of client servicing experience
1-3 years of capital markets experience Must be client focused with
proven track record of excellent communications and interpersonal
skills. Ability to successfully navigate a complex global markets
processing structure. Must be self-motivated and able to work
independently or as part of team. Must be able to operate
successfully in a fast paced environment and manage competing
priorities. Must be ready to train new hires when called upon.
Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Word,
Outlook and Access. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with the

Experience with data analysis, including maintaining databases,
collecting data, filtering and cleaning data, identifying patterns,
interpreting data and presenting findings Associate’s Degree or
higher with a major in business, finance, accounting, economics or
a related field Experience in the financial services industry?
