Assure appropriate standards, processes, and protocols for these areas are followed. Assists the Director of C-V Services in developing strategic goals and objectives for the assigned departments; assists with budgeting and financial monitoring/reporting processes; oversees quality improvement and quality reporting processes. /n Qualifications: /n Individual must possess the ability to: /n The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. However, no accommodations will be made which may pose serious health or safety risks to the employee or others or which impose undue hardships on the organization. /n Education/Other Qualifications: /n Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved and accredited Nursing program (2-4 year program); Bachelor degree required, BSN preferred. RCIS or RTR: Bachelor’s degree required. /n Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 year’s experience in an acute care facility including at least 2 years experience in the specialty area is required. Management experience is required. /n Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. RCIS or RTR preferred. South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) certification required within 30 days. /n American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
